helffe.com receives personal data in one situation only: when you write to us, through the Collaborate with us form or at contact@helffe.com. The site sets no cookies and builds no profile of its visitors.

Who is responsible

What we receive

The Collaborate with us form prepares an email in your own email app. Nothing is sent until you send that email yourself. It contains:

Your name, email address, organisation and role
Who you are writing as (institution, company, student or other) and the subjects you select
Your message
The page from which you opened the form, so that we know which experience or resource you are asking about

Why

We use these details only to answer your request and to prepare the first conversation with you. They are never sold, shared for marketing or used to send you newsletters. Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, this processing rests on steps taken at your request before any agreement, and on our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us.

Who handles the data

Cloudflare: Hosts the site and counts visits without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
OVHcloud: Manages the helffe.com domain and forwards emails sent to contact@helffe.com.
Microsoft: Hosts the mailbox where your email is delivered and kept.

Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Each of them states the safeguards it applies to international transfers.

How long

The site itself keeps nothing. Your email is kept in our mailbox for up to three years after our last exchange, then deleted.

Cookies and measurement

The site sets no cookies, advertising or otherwise. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records pages viewed without identifying you or following you from site to site. The typefaces are served from helffe.com itself: opening a page sends nothing to Google or to any other font service.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data you sent us, or object to its use, by writing to contact@helffe.com. We answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
